Best Western Plus Media Center Inn & Suites

Great location. Close to Universal and not in the crowds. Very peaceful and clean. Great breakfast and nice little pool on the 2nd floor outside. Liked the convenience of the little workout room. Wonderful restaurants across the street. Wonderful FREE safe parking underground. With wide spaces so doors dont get dinged! Workers are nice and the place is very comfortable. Quite a few vending machines around the facility too. Ice makers on each floor. I hope we get to stay here again. I would highly recommend this safe location.

Good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. The only downside is the cost of living! for such a price of a room you can put a water cooler, at least at the reception!

This Best Western is the BEST Best Western I have ever stayed in! The rooms were huge. The bathroom was luxurious. Marble sink, and a very large tub and shower. Lots of towels and amenities. The beds were awesome and I slept incredibly well. It was quiet and very clean. The suite had two bedrooms, a sitting room, and a partial kitchen. The bedrooms had floor-to-ceiling mirrors, a large closet, and soft sheets. We had gone to Universal Hollywood and were going to Warner Brothers the next day. The Hotel was halfway between the two. It comes with breakfast...be forewarned if you are allergic to SOY or Gluten or Corn, all you can have is a piece of fruit and coffee. If you haven't any allergies, enjoy.

Fantastic hotel! Great value for the Hollywood area, with its own parking garage underneath the hotel. We walked to Warner Brothers Studios and had just a short drive to Universal Studios. Very nice breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

I'm an L.A. local so I rarely have the need for a hotel in L.A. but the occasion arose that I needed a hotel for a few nights and the Best Western Plus Media Center Inn & Suites luckily did not disappoint. The location is unparalleled. The number of restaurants and coffee shops that are in walking distance is a dream and the amazing Bloom Loft yoga studio is literally 150' away. The hotel itself was very clean and well-equipped. The room was perfect and mostly quiet. Having a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room are essentials for me and all of these came in quite handy during my stay. I'm also a sucker for a bathtub so I'm grateful that this Best Western still provides bathtubs in their rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The fitness center worked for me (treadmill, bike, etc.) although it would have been nice to have a mat to do some on-floor exercises as well as light free weights. Having filtered water in the fitness center was a plus. (The pool looked quite nice too although I didn't use it.) The free breakfast buffet wasn't the healthiest I've seen (cereals, plain bagels, waffles, muffins), but it served its purpose. The scrambled eggs were cold so I heated them up in the microwave in my room and there was a nice selection of yogurts and a coffee machine from which you could make cappuccinos, lattes, etc. Overall my stay was great and I would 100% stay here again (and plan to soon!).

If you’re planning to visit Universal, this place was perfect for our big family of five, including a one-year-old. On our first night, we noticed a few small specks in the room. Given a previous bad experience elsewhere (see my roach motel review), I didn’t want to take any chances. The staff had no problem switching our room immediately. The suites here are truly spacious—among the largest I’ve seen at this price point. Our toddler had plenty of room to explore, and when it was bedtime, I could unwind with my wife while our older two played quietly in their own space. The breakfast was at least on par with what you’d get at an Embassy Suites, but without the big-hotel rush. The front desk staff even called to let us know when our middle daughter accidentally left a door ajar while walking the grounds, which made us feel safe and cared for. Any time we needed something, it was brought quickly—one of the perks of staying at a smaller property. I actually prefer it that way; I don’t want a massive hotel.

This was a very spacious, convenient, and clean Best Western nestled in Burbank! My new hotel of choice when in the area again! Oh best parking ever!

Great location! Several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is older. It was strangely empty during our visit. We did like the free parking. Front desk was very friendly. I would stay there again, but only for one or two nights.
